What’s the Fuss with E-waste?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were encouraged
by our young leaders from NYAA Gold Award Holders
Alumni (GAHA) taking the initiative to organise
youth activities via the zoom platform. “What’s The
Fuss with E-Waste” was a virtual platform to raise
awareness among young people on e-waste and
to push for recycling these electronic items. The
webinar also provided valuable information on what
e-waste means and how to recycle them instead of
discarding them. Many students and young adults
participated in the webinar. We are confident they
will play an active role in raising awareness with their
peers and the community at large.
