Donation of Medical Items to China
Mr Roddy Mu, NYAA Gold Award holder and Managing
Director of Wanhe International, donated 1.8 tons of
medical items such as N95 masks, surgical caps and
gowns to the Harbin First Hospital. His shipment to
Harbin went through smoothly with the assistance
of the NYAA and Singapore Customs. The Mayor of
Harbin wrote an appreciation letter to thank NYAA for
facilitating the shipment to Harbin during the crisis.

Mr Mu also donated more than 30,000 masks to the
Foreign Worker Settling Programme at the Migrant
Workers’ Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic and Medical items donated by NYAA Gold Award holder, Mr Roddy

participants at ITE College East on 27 March 2020 and
distributed to the five wards in Tampines GRC.

principal, lecturers and students packed the masks for distribution
to the needy families.

Twenty thousand masks packed by NYAA and ITE staff and
students for the needy elderly in Tampines GRC.
