#WeStandVidYou# Video Clip Competition
            2020
            #WeStandVidYou  Video  Clip  Competition  is  an
            initiative by the NYAA Gold Award Holders’ Alumni
            supported  by  the  NYAA  Council  to  show  our
            appreciation and support to the community during
            the  COVID-19  pandemic.  The  project  provided  an
            opportunity  and  platform  for  our  young  people
            to  use  their  mobile  phones  or  cameras  to  express
            their  appreciation,  gratitude  and  encouragement
            to  our  frontline  workers  to  uplift  the  spirit  of  our
            community. The NYAA received more than 100 video
            clip  submission  and  shortlisted  15  for  the  Judging
            Panel  comprising  GAHA  representatives  and  NYAA
            officials.

            The  team  from  CHIJ  Secondary  School  (Toa  Payoh)
            won  the  First  Prize  in  the  #WeStandVidYou  Video
            Clip Competition. Mr James Soh, ED of NYAA Council,
            presented a Citation Plaque and a Sony FDR-X3000R/
            WE35 Video camera and accessories to the students
            witnessed by their Principal, Ms Rachel Ang, on 24
            November 2020 at their school.

            The  team  from  St.  Anthony’s  Canossian  Secondary
            School won the Second Prize. On 31 December 2020,
            the students received a Citation Plaque and a Sony
            Handycam  HDR-CX  video  Camera  from  Mr  James   CHIJ  Secondary  School  received  the  First  Prize  Citation  Plaque

            The team from Temasek Polytechnic won the Third
            Prize.  The  Citation  Plaque  and  Sony  Video  camera
            were  presented  to  the  students  by  Mr  James  Soh,
            Executive  Director,  NYAA,  when  he  called  on  the
            Principal in January 2021.

            Ventures  Partners  Pte  Ltd,  a  technology  venture   Camera from Mr James Soh, NYAA Executive Director.
            capital firm focusing on Southeast Asia. It manages
            capital from premier institutional investors, including
            sovereign  wealth  funds,  foundations,  university
            endowments  and  renowned  family  offices  from
            Asia, Europe and North America. Mr Tan won many
            accolades for his leadership in managing wealth
            funds.

            He presented the NYAA with his latest book, Navigating
            ASEAN-NOVATION-The  Reservoir  Principle,  other
            essays on startups and innovation in Southeast Asia.
            Currently, Mr Tan has 50 companies under his Assets
            Under Management (AUM) portfolio of US$5Billion.
