            Dr Alvona Loh
NYAA has been exploring how we could support
young people suffering from mental health issues.
Dr Alvona Loh Zi Hui, a mental health specialist and
co-founder of WEquality, a mental health programme
and an NYAA Gold Award holder (2013 Cohort), has
raised awareness of mental health issues.

Dr Loh and her team have developed a programme
to identify feelings, moods and relationships with
others. The programme will allow students to talk
about their emotions before significant examinations.
Under the NYAA Healthy Living Section, we can add
            the mental health programme.
