large percentage of professing Christians

who exhibit no distinct evidence by their

conduct and conversations that they are

new creatures in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17). And

the majority of churchgoers still love the

world and conform to the world’s dress,

entertainment, and carnal lifestyles and

interests. But the Bible tells Christians to

love not the world (1 Jn. 2:15) and not to be

conformed to this world (Rom. 12:2), and

James 4:4 solemnly cautions that “whosoever

therefore will be a friend of the world is the

enemy of God.”

Also, Hebrews 10:25 does not set forth a

specific number of believers that would

constitute an assembly, nor does the verse

specify a schedule of when — or even
