are genuinely born again or whether they

have a godly testimony among those who

know them personally.

Truly many churches today have become

“glorified social clubs” and entertainment

centers for the purpose of attracting the

unsaved and increasing and sustaining

church attendance. And many of those who

are unsaved continue to attend the church

services strictly for the performances,

activities, and “fun” that the church provides,

with no intention of ever repenting of their

sins and establishing a right relationship

with God through His Son, the Lord Jesus

Christ. And when these unregenerate
