pastor. Even to this day, it disheartens me

and negatively affects me in my Christian

walk when I attend a spiritually compromised

and lukewarm church that has been

infiltrated by worldliness.

And from my experiences, when professing

Christians participate in socials and

entertainment-based programs and activities,

most of the conversation and conduct is far

from a mindset of glorifying God. In fact,

many conversations do not even mention

the name of Christ, nor do they have a

biblical perspective on life and world

events. And interjecting Scripture into a

topic of conversation is foreign to many

professing Christians — including many

pastors when they’re not in the pulpit. But
