14y MC Domestic Shorthair with a hepatic mass discovered on ultrasound exam. On ultrasound imaging, the mass is distorting the right
liver with mildly heterogeneous architecture (a). The mass is poorly encapsulated on CT images, with relative hypoattenuation on unen-
hanced (b) and contrast‐enhanced (c) images. There is mild, heterogeneous contrast enhancement (c: arrowheads). Surgical excision and
biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of biliary adenocarcinoma involving the right medial and lateral liver lobes.
