The Young Ladies Speak on Social Media

“Good morning to all of our YouTube followers, I’m Kat-
ey Anderson.”
“I’m Samaria Williams.”
“And I’m Adriana Sanchez. We would like to personally

thank you for standing with us for righteousness and for prayer
not to be taken out of our schools. This march will be a peaceful
protest, but we will not cease chanting ‘we want prayer’ until
our legislature decides to keep prayer in our schools. All Flori-
da schools have received donations of several loudspeakers.

Get with your principal concerning that matter. We are asking
everyone to be at your school no later than 9 a.m. Buses will
be departing from schools at 9:15 a.m. We will march starting
at 3:00 p.m. We will peacefully march throughout downtown
Tallahassee with our protest signs, chanting ‘we want prayer.’
“Katey, Samaria, and I will have a meeting with Gover-

nor Jackson debating why prayer should be kept in schools.
From there, the governor will give his opinion on the matter to
the Supreme Court. After that, they will make the final deci-
sion. We ask that you continue to chant ‘we want prayer’ until

they make the decision. We ask that you pray hard and trust
God with us.

er prayer should be taken out of schools or kept in them. To
