No words had been spoken, no signals made, the crowd
of visitors just had to make a speedy path to allow the
horse to get where he wanted to go.
THINK NICE THOUGHTS
Here I must mention that visitors to the centre who are to
meet the horses have to “endure” a 15 minute safety talk.
They are told to “think nice thoughts”, it is explained to
them how Heavy Horses can read the mind of a human.
They are told just how intelligent these large animals are
and how to give them due respect. Some find it hard to
believe, but after half an hour touching and in close
contact with Heavy Horses, the visitors come to realise
just how extraordinary they really are.
