                        HEALTH, NUTRITION AND HYPERTENSION:   Number of Sorors:    30
                 Description of the Activity: Self-Help Techniques Women's Health Issues-35 people present
                 Women's Young Girls Conference. Breast Health Awareness-Breast self-exam signs symptoms.
                 Glaucoma-signs symptoms and prevention. 25 Sorors present at the meeting. Self-Hand
                 Massage-with handmade Shae Butter -recipe given to Sorors to make it themselves. Menopause-
                 Hot Flashes-signs and symptoms- shared various natural short term relief self-care remedies.
                 Natural 4-7-8- breathing technique for stress relief and relaxation given to each Soror, we
                 practiced the method and shares results. Foot soaking-with epsom salts-discussed its benefits and
                 each Soror was given ingredients and procedure to do at home.

                 Description of the Activity: Retired Sorors have participated in the following activities:
                 ( September)-Search for Our Sisters- 1.Call, send and/or use the social media to reconnect with
                 Sorors experiencing health challenges or losses. 2.First Day of School- Welcome Camden City
                 School Students. (October) 1. Male Breast Cancer Awareness Week- Anthropos -Remind the
                 males in your life about screenings. 2. Camden County Susan G. Komen Central and South
                 Jersey Breast Cancer Walk. (November) Continue to Search for Our Soror Sisters, Sisterhood-1.
                 Attend the Harriet Tubman movie premier, 2. Invite a Veteran, Single or Disable Soror to
                 Thanksgiving Dinner. ( December) National Call a Friend Day- Call a family member, a
                 longtime friend, Soror, or neighbor. Use  social media or technology to communicate you are
                 thinking of them and wanted to spread cheer.
