Language fluency. and etiquette is a manifestation

                          of good manners contained in customs.
                       ➢  Acting to help each other; Mamangan adat states:

                          barek  samo  dipikua,  light  samo  dijinjiang.  (the

                          weight of the samo is carried lightly by carrying it).
                          The  principle  of  togetherness  in  community

                          members  who  remain  alive  in  the  community
                          symbolizes the spirit of mutual cooperation that is

                          imbued with them.
                       ➢  Competitive spirit; In the adat tradition, it is stated

                          that you are against the world of urang, baa dek

                          crew, baa dek urang, why can't urang crew (against
                          the world of people, if other people can why can't

                          I). In the Minang community members there is a
                          desire for individual self-development so that their

                          authority  is  lifted,  therefore  they  are  very
                          competitive so they want to leave their hometown

                          to migrate to seek knowledge or change their fate.

                       ➢  Prioritizing   raso   jo   pareso    (taste   and
                          appropriateness),  raso  is  a  value  of  caring  for

                          others (feelings) so that it contains sympathy and

                          empathy. In the adat tradition it is stated: lamak
                          deck crew katuju dek urang, sakik dek crew sakik
