A product with a manufacturing defect is a product with an unintended

flaw; that is, the finished product does not conform to the manufacturer’s
own specifications or requirements.

สินค้าที่บกพร่องจากการผลิตได้แก่สินค้าที่มีข้อบกพร่องที่คาดไม่ถึง กล่าวคือ
สินค้าที่ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตไม่เป็นไปตามคุณลักษณะหรือข้อกำาหนดของผู้ผลิตนั้น

A plaintiff can prevail in a manufacturing defect case if she can prove
that the product does not conform to the manufacturer’s specifications

and that the defect played a role in causing the accident.

โจทก์สามารถชนะคดีเกี่ยวกับความชำารุดบกพร่องจากการผลิตได้หากสามารถพิสูจน์

defect.
