b. Be sure to comply with the provisions for major parameters during the operation. Don’t operate at overload IN
to avoid fuel leakage of fuel pump top.
c. If the fuel in manual pump body is insufficient, it’s required to first fill the filtered hydraulic oil into the DI
pump.

In case of using the electric pump, be sure to follow the operating instructions for electric pump.

d. Select the gravity center of part and acting point of jack properly. The bottom surface must be level. TR

If the ground is softer, be sure to add a hard wooden liner. AX

e. It’s prohibited to use the jack on the overloaded part, so as to avoid any jack damage.
f. The jack shall be only used for lifting, and supported with a vehicle support immediately after lifting. FR

g. Avoid any jack vibration during the operation.
h. Don’t use the jack where acid alkali or corrosive gas exists. ST
9. Attentions for vehicle rescue

a. The rope of pulling-off device shall not contact any part of suspension, steering brake or cooling system. BR
b. Be sure to haul the vehicle straightly from front or rear end of vehicle, and don’t haul the vehicle at lateral
angle. BW
c. In case of pulling the vehicle, it’s not recommended to use any trailing device like rope or conveyor belt.
10. Attentions for vehicle pulling EL

a. Position of front towing hook
The fornt towing hook is located on right girder.

b. Position of rear towing hook
The rear towing hook is located on left girder.
c. In case of pulling the vehicle, lock its traction coupler reliably, and protect the gearbox carefully before
pulling the vehicle. In principle, the drive shaft shall be removed and disconnected due to safety, and its
alignment mark shall be noticed while re-installing the drive shaft.

d. Be sure to follow all the local laws applicable for traction operation.

e. In case of hauling the vehicle, don’t put in any gear.
f. Frequently check whether the parking brake is locked due to air leakage during the traction.

g. If the engine can’t produce enough compressed air due to the required movement or traction of vehicle, be
sure to fill the compressed air into the parking brake pipeline to loosen the parking brake.

h. If no qualified compressed air source exists in the adjacent area, adopt two methods below to loosen the

spring brakes of parking pipeline:

Loosen the parking brake from the own tires of vehicle.

Danger

Don’t drive the vehicle when the tire charging inlet is connected!

Loosen the parking brake via mechanical method.

● First wedge the wheels or connect the traction rod to prevent the vehicle from moving after loosening the
parking brake.
