Power steering-hydraulic circuit

6. install low pressure oil pipe
(a). Set low pressure oil pipe assembly 3 on
the oil inlet of steering reservoir and screw
down the hoop.

(b). Apply sealant on the pipe orifice of the
low pressure oil pipe assembly 1.
Sealant: loctite 567 sealant
(c). Insert the low pressure oil pipe assembly 1
into the return opening of steering gear and
screw down the terminal nut.
Torque: 46~56 n•m

(d). Single vehicle type:
Place the low pressure oil pipe assembly 2
on the frame beam and screw down the 2
pipe clip bolts.
Torque: 9~11 n•m

Half vehicle type:
Screw down one more pipe clip bolt than
the single vehicle and fasten the low
pressure oil pipe assembly 2.
Torque: 9 ~ 11 n•m

(e). Screw down the hoop and connect the low
pressure oil pipe assembly 1, 2 and 3.
