Heater and air conditioner-air duct of instrument panel
Replacement
1. Discharge coolant liquid
(a). Open the hot air water drain valve and
discharge the coolant liquid in the hot air
water pipe.
(b). Discharge the engine coolant liquid (Refer
to THE SERVICE MANUAL WITH ISF
OF CUMMINS ENGINE)
2. Remove hot air water pipe 1 and hot air water pipe 2
(a). Remove the front mask assembly. (Refer to “chapter 77 internal/external trimming parts front
mask assembly-replacement”)
(b). Remove the hot air pipe clip.
(c). Turn over the driving cab.
(d). Loosen the 2 hose hoops and remove the hot
air water pipe 1 and hot air water pipe 2. 51
