Body turnover/Door/Cargo box-Tilting mechanism of the cab

7. Disassemble the right front bracket seat assembly
(a). Disassemble 4 fixation bolts of right front bracket
seat.

8. Check the cab turnover mechanism
(a). Check if there are obvious cracks or damages on left front bracket seat and right front bracket seat; and replace it
as necessary.
(b). Check if there are obvious distortion, cracks or twist etc. on twist rod; and replace it as necessary.
9. Assemble right front bracket seat assembly
(a). Assemble right front bracket seat and fasten 4
fixation bolts.
Torque: 48 ～ 52 N•m

10. Assemble left front bracket seat assembly
(a). Assemble left front bracket seat and fasten 4 fixation
bolts.
Torque: 48 ～ 52 N•m

11. Hoist and assemble cab assembly
Notice:
· Hoist the cab by traveling crane or other kind of
lifting machine, and support the cab by fasten bar.
· It is a must to fasten the connection bolt between cab
and frame firmly after the operation, and make sure
the connection should be reliable during running.
