Body turnover/Door/Cargo box-Tilting mechanism of the cab

Replacement

1. Disassemble front bumper (refer to “Chapter 77 Inner/outer trimming parts-Front bumper, Replacement”)
2. Disassemble front cover (refer to “Chapter 77 Inner/outer trimming parts-Front cover, Replacement”)
3. Disconnect the cable and pipeline
(a). Disconnect all the wire and pipeline connection
between cab and chassis, and between steering
column and chassis.

4. Disassemble the tilting mechanism
(a). Take off the cotter pin and disassemble the nut.

5. Hoist the cab assembly
Notice:
· Make sure there is enough operative space.
· Hoist the cab by traveling crane or other kind of
lifting machine, and support the cab by fasten bar.

6. Disassemble left front bracket seat assembly
(a). Disassemble 4 fixation bolts of left front bracket seat.
