Rear axle- rear wheel brake

11. Remove brake pedal assembly
(a). Loosen the brake lamp switch lock nut
and take out the brake lamp switch.

(b). Remove the push rod pin axle cotter pin
of series dual -chamber brake valve and
remove the pin axle.

(c). Remove the brake pedal pin axle bolts
and nuts.
(d). Remove the brake pedal assembly.
Caution:
The brake pedal retracing spring has great
26 elasticity, be careful not to be hurt by the
spring while removing the brake pedal.

12. Install brake pedal assembly
(a). Install the brake pedal, screw down the
brake pedal pin axle bolts and nuts.
Torque: 45 ～ 55 N•m
