Transmission 6g120 - transmission assy
Overhaul
1. Put the transmission assy on the stable working platform
2. Remove the clutch housing assy
(a). Remove the lubricating pipe plug of the clutch.
(b). Loosen the set screws on the shift fork of the
release bearing, punch the release lever and take
out the spline.
(c). Take down the release bearing and release fork
(d). Loosen the 10 clutch housing fixing bolts and
remove the clutch cover assy.
