MIDDLETON HIGH SCHOOL JROTC AWARDS DAY
George Middleton Senior High School held it Awards Day recently for the JROTC. Several area individuals with military affiliation were in attendance, including the school’s first Principal, Henry “Shake” Washington. The Association for the Study of African Ameri- can Life and History (ASALH) of Tampa Bay presented certificates to several of the students. Tyna Middleton, President of ASALH, and Deirdre Tatum, Secretary of ASALH, presented certificates to: Nyomi Franco, Ebony Knight, Issac Chang and Michael Hill.
