ii. Corporate Tax Deduction
Tax deduction on business zakat paid by a company,
co-operative and trustee is subject to a maximum limit
of 2.5% of the aggregate income.
iii. Labuan Corporate Tax Rebate
The tax rebate on the payment of zakat for Labuan
offshore companies is subject to a maximum limit of 3%
of the net profit or RM20,000.00.
