DARRAN BERRY

you really must create an experience that is much more
than just a display. Visitors want to see and touch, that
is why we created a local experience touchpoint on the
              stand itself.

One of the products needed to demonstrate
sustainability by saving water and so we built a display
using a shower head that dripped water and fell onto a

porous surface. Then using a hidden water pump we
pumped the same water back into the shower head
again to drip down. The top of the display only was
viewed through a see-through Perspex casing around all
the sides where people could physically see, and yes,

most importantly, touch the water. The display was
strategically placed on the corner of the stand so there
would be traffic from two directions.

It was absolutely amazing to see how many people
stopped and touched the water on the display and in
turn asked where they could get this branded product.
We complemented this further with a floor display of the

same surface which people could actually walk on. By
feeling what it was like to walk on this surface, we again
              created a local touchpoint experience.
