DARRAN BERRY
The next step offers many more tips and here I would like
to offer an overall piece of advice.
If at any time you start to feel overwhelmed by these tips
or the amount of detail involved, please remember this
book is yours to keep forever. If it feels like too much
information needs to be absorbed, simply slow down to
your own pace until it’s fully understood.
I would like to share a story with you now. It’s one of my
biggest learnings of my life. As the saying goes,
“everybody should just slow down to a blur.”
The other day I was watching some children kicking a
football in a park and noticed one of the children was
shorter than the others but could easily outrun the taller
kids. And it reminded me of myself at that age. I was
quite a podgy kid when I was young until about 6 years
old when sport took over my life and I trimmed out …
but I never quite reached any height really. Basically,
because with my genes – Mum was 4ft 7” - I didn’t have
a precious chance. Frodo, me and Bilbo Baggins are all
hobbits.
