o Call the special group by a special name like the
“Launch Dream Team” or something catchy and
relevant.
o Give your team a free product or trial at least 3 to 4
weeks in advance of the launch date.
o Clearly explain the marketing activities you require
them to undertake.
o Ask members of your team to post a review on
their social media accounts.
o Ask members to pre-order the product or even buy
the product for a friend.
o Get the team to share and post about their
experience with the product.
o Ask the team to inform their friends about pre-
ordering the product, early bonus or special
introductory launch prices.
o Reward your launch team with special mentions,
bonuses and special offers only for them.
At this point you should have an idea of a basic budget
for your product launch, no matter how minimal. Don’t
worry if you have no idea just yet as you will return to
