Answer these questions:
Have you identified what your niche target market
will be?
This will help you determine the best way to launch your
product. You will then decide which people are going to
be the target for your launch.
I heard a very good example during a podcast recently
about a person with a magnifying glass. When you use
the sun and concentrate the rays through the lens only
on a certain spot, it will burn. If the lens of the
magnifying glass is very broad and wide, though, it will
not burn.
The more defined your lens “niche” is, the less
competition “burn” there will be. The wider your lens
“niche” the more competition “burn” there is.
