              Don’t be blinded by the smoke and mirrors and jump
              straight into using all the sexy tools that are being hyper
              marketed  in  social  media.  Playing  and  winning  when
              using those sexy tools without doing all the groundwork

              first is akin to throwing away your money at this stage of
              your launch.

              You can’t play with the toys until you stop listening to
              the noise.

              Break the process down into pieces. A customer’s brain
              is designed to ignore us when we start confusing them.
              To  be  able  to  communicate  our  offering  clearly  (and
              without confusing our potential customers) means we
              fully understand who our customer is, where they are

              playing, what their challenges are that your product or
              service  can  solve  and  how  exactly  we  solve  those
              challenges.
