e. Which tasks do you get the most satisfaction from?
f. What are your strengths/weaknesses?
g. Tell us about a time when things went wrong and what you did to fix it.
h. How do you deal with conflict in the workplace?
i. Give us an example of how you have worked as part of a team.
j. What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?
k. What interests you about working for this organization?
l. What are your goals?
m. When can you start and what is your availability?
n. What are your salary expectations?
o. Any questions for us? Etc.
Read about how best to answer these questions and review your responses. Be clever; the
people on the panel are experts, they do not ask you direct questions sometimes. They
may also ask further questions based on your responses. Be wise! Put on a beautiful
smile and be at peace with yourself. It is an interview, be bold and speak up, do
everything possible to make it conversational.
Ask reasonable questions if you are told to do so. Show good manners, be natural, be
yourself. At the end of the interview, thank the interviewers politely with a smile. How
you unpack at the interview table and the way you leave the room is also observed. Do
these movements confidently. Do not forget to greet the receptionist or secretary before
you leave the premises.
Reflection

in a hurry to answer”
