On termination of your employment with GNOC or at any time on request by GNOC, the Employee
                   must:

                       •  Return to GNOC all original confidential information;
                       •  Provide to GNOC all copies, extracts and notes of or recording of confidential information (or
                          any part of the confidential information) in any format or media, and
                       •  Certify to GNOC that you have complied with these obligations.



                   22 Intellectual Property


                   GNOC holds all intellectual property rights in all documents and other materials (in any format)
                   created or developed by an employee or member during his or her tenure or employment with GNOC,
                   using GNOC’s time, materials or facilities.

                   As an employee, employee acknowledge that any Intellectual Property Rights created in the course of,
                   or in relation to, his or her employment belong to GNOC.

                   Where necessary or required by GNOC, employee will do all things reasonably necessary to transfer the
                   ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights created by employee in the course of, or in relation to, his
                   or her employment.



                   23 Code of  Behavior


                   Dealings with the IOC, international federations, regional federations, other sport NGOs, athletes,
                   coaches, volunteers and the community should be conducted in a professional and courteous manner.

                   Staff are reminded to:

                   1  Be transparent and accountable
                   2  Be proactive
                   3  Promote best practice in sports
                   4  Listen and communicate openly
                   5  Be professional
                   6  Be efficient and work as a team
                   7  Value everyone’s differences and input

                   Other expectations of staff behavior are outlined in other sections of this Manual.

                   24 Smoking & Drinking Policy



                   GNOC is a drug and smoke free work place.

                   The purpose of this policy is to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, the detrimental effects of
                   smoking on the health of any person who does not smoke or does not wish to smoke.

                   Smoking is not permitted within the office of GNOC or in any office where an GNOC meeting is
                   being held.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on GNOC property.

                   The consumption of alcohol or non-medically required drugs during work hours is strictly prohibited,
                   unless you are attending a work function where it has been deemed acceptable.
