Avenue Bellevue: Twin Towers over retail podiums and 3 levels of underground parking. The 264 ft tall West Tower contains 23 stories of market-rate condominiums located over a 1-story retail podium. The 288 ft tall South Tower contains 14 stories of luxury condominiums over a 9 story hotel and 2-story retail podium
