Bobette Nemire

Mrs. Bobette Nemire led Girl Scout Troop 753 for 13 years, from
2001 - 2014. In 2014, there were 35 Ambassador Girl Scouts in
Lorain, Erie, Huron, Sandusky and Seneca Counties. Of those
35, seven were in Bobette’s troop. Even more impressive there
were only 62 girls in the 18 Ohio counties representing the Girl
Scouts of North East Ohio. Of those 62, one Girl Scout from
Troop 753, received her Gold Award in 2014 - the highest rank in
Girl Scouts and achieved by less than 5% of girls nationwide. In
addition, another Girl Scout from Troop 753, received her Gold
Award in June 2014 and was recognized and pinned in June
2015. Bobette is a recognized leader in her community and
at the state and national level as an educator. She is directly
responsible for creating future girl leaders of tomorrow.

Christine Ruggiero

Over her many years as Leader of Troop 71529, Chrissie has
watched a group of girls grow up, and has helped them along
the way. Although the faces in the troop may have changed,
Chrissie was always welcoming and supportive to anyone who
had a passion for Girl Scouts. Positive and enthusiastic, she was
with us every step of the way, from painting shirts as children to
discovering our interests and purpose as teenagers. Her kind
heart and talent for leadership has made her a Girl Scout truly
worthy of honor.
