Algo dramático ha ocurrido en esta ocasión
en su ambiente de negocios. No está muy
seguro de lo que es, pero siente que el decli-
ve esta vez es diferente. Los medios de
comunicación señalan que el ambiente eco-
nómico en general no es boyante, pero se
puede ver en pequeños detalles del día a día
que la economía no ha colapsado. Otras per-
sonas de otras industrias parecen ir razona-
blemente bien. Los bares y restaurantes
están llenos. La gente compra en los centros
comerciales y se va de vacaciones.
Pero su negocios, el centro de su vida, está
sufriendo. Usted sabe que está luchando por
sobrevivir una vez más. El problema es (su
intuición y su vasta experiencia se lo dicen)
que la vieja fórmula de meter la cabeza bajo
tierra y esperar a que cambie el ciclo no va a
funcionar esta vez. Sus costes fijos son muy

in your business environment. You are not
very sure what exactly it is, but you can feel
it in your bones the downturn is different this

company where others used to sit before.
You cannot reduce costs any further.
You need to change, because the world
around you has irreversibly changed. It is not
just the internet or these new products that
have popped up out of nowhere, and which
people say are now in fashion. (Maybe it is
something that goes beyond a cynical fas-
hion trend, these new materials end up subs-

a more serious lasting way, you are also
