           • Pay  attention  to  your  negative  feelings  so  you  can  figure  out  strategies  to
             mitigate them. 审视自己的坏情绪,才可以对症下药。

           • Do you feel miserable because you’re not sleeping well? Is it boredom? Once

             you  realize  the  root  of  your  negative  feelings,  you  can  take  that  information
             and  problem  solve.  停下脚步分析,想想到底是什么造成自己的不良情绪和疲惫
             感?是睡不好吗?是纳闷吗?当你找到自己负面情绪的根源,就可以因此解决问
             题。


           • “Feeling bad is a message, it’s information you can use to help you find your
              way forward,” says Epperson. ‘知道自己心情不好是一个有用的讯息,它可以帮
