c) On being expelled from the Fellowship by District Governing Body of
the District SGF, where such person was enrolled as a member
provided that a show cause notice had been given by District
Governing Body, mentioning the grounds for expulsion. A final appeal
lies with the State SGF Council whose decision shall be final and
abiding.
6. Constituents:
a) District SGF
b) Guilds SGF (with respect to local area/municipal ward/Taluka/
Panchayat).
7. District General Assembly:
A) The District SGF Assembly shall be composed of
1. President
2. Two vice Presidents (Preferably one to be a lady member)
3. District Secretary
4. District Treasurer
5. District Coordinator
6. District Joint Secretary
7. District Asst. Secretary
8. Two Members nominated by the President from anywhere in
the District
9. All life members
10. One for every 3 ordinary members to be elected by the ordinary
members of the District SGF from amongst themselves te
members not more than three with no voting rights.
11. One possessing specialized knowledge in administration,
finance or law, who may be Invited to attend Governing Body
meetings and General Assembly with no voting rights.
12. The District Chief Commissioner, District Commissioner (Scout),
District Commissioner (Guide), one of the District Secretaries,
one of the District Training Commissioners of the District Bharat
Scouts & Guides of concerned district shall be ex-officio
members of District SGF General Assembly with no voting
rights.

B) Where Guild exists
One member from a Guild SGF nominated by the Guild SGF
Governing Body shall be a delegate with voting rights.
