B       In  the  event  of  election  by  secret  ballot,  the  following
            procedure shall be followed:
        16.  Nomination paper containing the name of the candidate, proposed
            for the post shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the
            Returning Officer with the words “Election" written at the top of the
            envelope,  to  be  sent  by  any  mode  of  post  with  acknowledgement
            due  within  stipulated  time  or  may  be  delivered  personally  prior  to
            the election as per the decision of the District Governing Body.
        17.  Sealed  cover  envelops  shall  be  opened  in  the  presence  of  the
            candidates or their representative on the date and place fixed by the
            Returning Officer In the schedule of election. The candidates or their
            representatives  shall  have  the  option  to  be  present  at  the  time  of
            opening the sealed cover containing nomination papers.
        18.  Counting will be done as per schedule and the result will be declared
            by the Returning officer after the elections are over but on the same
            day.
        19.  Powers of the District SGF General Assembly
            a)  To  elect  president  and  members  of  the  District  SGF  Governing
               Body.
            b)  To amend, alter or add any clause in the rules & regulations of
               the District SGF
            c)  To dispose of properties like Land or Buildings, etc.
            d)  To give donations as per prescribed rules.
            e)  To  determine  the  kind  of  fees  payable by  the  District  SGF  and
               Guild SGF as the case may be.
            f)  To  appoint  auditor(s)  for  auditing  the  accounts  of  the  District
               SGF.
            g)  To borrow with or without security.
            h)  To  do  all  such  acts,  things  and  deeds  as  may  be  incidental  or
               necessary  for  smooth  functioning  of  the  Fellowship  as  is  not
               empowered by the District SGF General Assembly.
        20.  Power of the District SGF Council of General Assembly
            a)  District SGF Council shall have the power to fill up vacancies.
            b)  All decisions at the District Governing Body shall be taken as far
               as possible by consensus, otherwise by simple majority.
            c)  To  publish  News  letter,  magazines,  books,  pamphlets  etc.  or
               sponsor publication of books or printing material to expand the
               activities of the Fellowship and upload updates on website.
