Rules & Regulations for the
Guild Scout and Guide Fellowship
1. Guild SGF
a. There shall be a Guild SGF for local area/municipal ward/Taluka/
Panchayat determined from time to time by the State SGF
Council/District Governing Body.
b. Where a District SGF exists, the Guild SGF shall be registered with
the District SGF .
c. Where a District SGF does not exist, then Guild SGF will directly
work under supervision of State SGF Council. When a District SGF is
established then the membership of the Guild SGF shall be
transferred to District SGF as per the rules.
d. The Guild SGF shall confirm and adhere to the Constitution, Rules
and Regulations and also the priorities of the State SGF/District SGF
in achieving the National and State Targets.
e. Where District SGF exist, the Guild SGF shall pay such annual
registration fee and such annual Individual Registration Fee as may
be fixed by the District SGF Governing Body and approved by the
District SGF General Assembly from time to time.
2. Enrollment
Any adult irrespective of religion or sex, who subscribes to the Aims &
Objectives of the Indian Fellowship, may be enrolled as a member of
the Guild SGF as per the rules and regulations in any of the following
categories of Members of the Organization on payment of membership
fees.
i. Life Members: Individuals who shall pay a onetime lump sum
amount as subscription fee for life but such members may be
required to pay additional fee after a period of ten years or as may
be decided by the Guild Governing Body.
ii. Ordinary Members: Individuals who reside/work within the Guild
Area shall pay an annual subscription fee of Rs as decided by the
Guild Governing Body. Ordinary membership is renewable every
year. The Fee amounts may be amended from time to lime by the
Guild Governing Body. However, State/District SGF may provide
guidance In this regard, ii required.
