f. All questions before the Guild General Assembly shall be decided
by a simple majority of votes. In the case of equal votes, the
Chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote in addition to his
own vote.
8. Guild SGF Governing body:
The Guild SGF Governing Body shall be composed of the following
office bearers nominated by the President:
I. President
II. Guild Secretary
III. Guild Treasurer
9. Power of the Governing Body
The Governing Body shall perform all acts necessary for the working of
the Guild SGF Fellowship.
10. Vacancies.
Vacancies caused by death or resignation or expulsion, shall be shall be
filled up by simple majority at a meeting of the Guild SGF General
Assembly or Guild SGF Governing Body called for the purpose.
11. Tenure
The tenure of the Guild SGF General Assembly and the Guild SGF
Governing Body shall be three years or till reconstituted within a period
of six months on expiry of its term, the tenure of the Guild SGF General
Assembly and the Guild SGF Governing Body shall be Co-terminus.
12. Quorum:
a) i) Guild SGF General Assembly: Minimum 3 members or 1/3
members of the General Assembly Present whichever is lower.
ii) Guild SGF Governing Body: Minimum 2 members
b) if the quorum Is not complete, the meeting then shall be adjourned
for further half an hour and shall be held at the same place, whether
the requisite quorum is complete or not and It will transact only the
business according to circulated agenda.
13. Notice of Meeting
Guild General Assembly : 15 days (including election
notification every three years)
Guild Governing Body : 7 days
Notice of the meetings shall be circulated by Email/courier or post in
proper letter head format with fellowship symbol with the details of
agenda. Detailed programme if any, can be circulated in l0 days prior
the meeting in the case of Guild SGF General Assembly & Guild SGF
