vi) To receive and accept donations, endowments and gifts in the
forms of cash, land or building etc with the consent of District SGF
Governing Body.
vii) To appoint auditor(s) for auditing the accounts of the Fellowship.
viii) To borrow with or without security and raise funds for the
Fellowship.
ix) To do all such acts, things and deeds as may be incidental or
necessary for smooth functioning of the Guild SGF.
16. Functions
(a) SGF Guild President
i) To preside over the meetings of the Guild SGF Assembly.
ii) To lead the Guild SGF.
(b) Guild Secretary
1) To sue and be sued in the name of the Guild SGF.
2) To maintain all the records and correspondence.
3) To issue notice and agenda of the meetings.
4) Shall be an ex-officio member of all the sub committees
constituted for any specified purpose.
5) Guild headquarters of the Fellowship will function under
his guidance.
6) All circulars, letters etc. will be issued under his signature
and instructions.
7) To maintain liaison with District and State SGF
8) Shall be responsible for the Implementation of the decision
of the Guild SGF General Assembly/Guild Governing Body.
9) To prepare minutes of the meetings of the Guild General
Assembly/Guild Governing Body.
10) To run the Guild headquarters of the Fellowship and
manage its affairs.
11) To supervise all communication with other organizations
and media.
(c) Guild SGF Treasurer
1) To maintain accounts of the Guild SGF.
a. To prepare budget and place It before the Guild Governing
Body for its approval.
b. To get the accounts audited and place the same before the
Guild Governing Body.
