Rule No.7:
The membership in Indian Railway SGF should be open to all serving /
superannuated Indian Railways employees. Including wards who are
eligible for free passes.

Rule No.8:
Fee structure for registration / renewal and IRF will remain the same as
per other civil states. The Indian Railway SGF Council will fix limiting
maximum amount to be collected towards annual membership fee.

Rule No.9:
Indian Railway SGF will be monitored by 5 members committee council –
led by President (Indian Railways)along with Secretary &Convener, all
should be from National Council of Indian SGF - in accordance with
Railway Scout & Guide Board guidelines.

Rule No.10:
All the key positions(President, Secretary, Treasurer, Co-ordinator)
should be serving officers/employee. Other position can be filled in with
super annuated person.
