IV.  Work Relation - Contact with external agencies willing to help with funds
         and members of national council.
         Note:      1.  In  the  absence  of  President,  any  of  the  Presidents
         present  would  preside  over  the  meetings  of  GA,  National  council,
         Governing Body and would also perform the functions of the President
         during his absence. Each President is to carry out the task assigned  to
         him/her by the President.
         . At least one of the Presidents should be a Guide Candidate.
      8.  Secretary General
      I.  Functions  -  To  be  the  head  of  Secretarial  Functions  concerned  with
         Indian SGF.
      II.  Responsible  for  convening  meetings  of  National  Council,  Governing
         council, Annual General Meeting at appropriate time envisaged by the
         Rules  of  Ind.SGF  in  consultation  with  the  President  as  the  situation
         warrants and to act as secretary to these bodies.

         Maintain the minutes of meetings of these bodies of which he/she is the
         Secretary and circulate the same after getting the same approved by the
         Chairman of these meetings.

         To coordinate and act In consultation with President Administration.

         To  be  responsible  for  attending  to  the  correspondence  received  by
         Ind.SGF  from others as well as to reply to the same In consultation with
         the concerned officials of Ind.SGF.

         To maintain discipline in the administration office.

         To receive suits filed against the Ind.SGF and to deal with the same as
         authorized by the governing council or national council as the case may
         be. Also to meet third parties it so authorized by ISGF's governing body.

         To communicate the decisions of the various bodies of which he/she is
         the secretary to the concerned people.

         Also  to  oversee  that  the  decisions  of  the  various  bodies  are  being
         implemented by the concerned persons.
