5. President/Railway SGF
I. Functions- To assist the President to keep effective liaison with Railway
SGF.
II. Responsible for - To interact with various units of Railway SGF and
coordinate, wherever feasible, their activities with other units of Ind.
SGF and well as to actively participate in their functions and activities.
To report to the President any difficulties, problems faced by them in
either enrolment of members or in carrying out activities with other
units of Railway SGF
III. Responsible to- National President, National council and Governing
Body.
IV. Work Relation. The members of National Council, Governing Body, RSGB,
Railway SGF units and others.
6. President/Administration
I. Functions: To be In charge of Administration of National Headquarters of
Indian SGF.
II. Responsible for: To look after the day to day administration of the
Headquarters of Indian SGF (if the Secretary General is not located in the
place where the Headquarters of Ind SGF is located) and help and to
oversee the staff and fulfill their requirements In discharging their duties
including communication with State Units and others.
lf the Secretary is located in Headquarters to help him in taking
decisions.
III. Responsible to- National President, National council and Governing Body
IV. Work Relation- The members of National Council, Governing Body and
State SGFs of lnd. SGF.
7. President / Resources
I. Functions to assist the Ind.SGF to obtain financial resources from outside
agencies.
II. Responsible for To approach and correspond with external agencies
including state and central governments, well wishers of the Scout
Movement and Donors in order to build a sizeable corpus for enabling
the Ind.SGF to sustained manner.
To take the help of members or the National Council, where needed.
III. Responsible to - National President, National Council and Governing
Body.
