9. Secretary / Establishment
I. Functions - To establish new unit and renew old units under guidelines
of National Secretary and
II. Responsible for - to promote and establish SGF units.
III. Responsible to - National secretary
IV. Work Relation - The members of National Council

10. Secretary/ Field Operation
I. Functions - To assist National Secretary in field operation.
II. Responsible for- to organize all events and meetings by coordination
III. Responsible to - Secretary General
IV. Work Relation - The members of National Council

11. Secretary/Administration
I. Functions - To assist Secretary General in administration
II. Responsible for - to assist Secretary General in Administration and
meetings and GA's.
III. Responsible to - Secretary General
IV. Work Relation - The members of National Council.

12. Secretary/Railway SGF
I. Functions - to assist Secretary General in Railway SGF establishment
II. Responsible for - to liaison with RSGB and all SGF units by assisting
Secretary General
III. Responsible to - Secretary General
IV. Work Relation - The members of National Council, Governing Body,
State/ District/ Guild members, all agencies working with Ind. SGF, BSG,
RSGB and others within and outside Ind. SGF.

Note: One of the Secretaries should be a Govt. candidate.
