To maintain discipline in the administrative office.
To receive suits filed against the State SGF and to deal with the same as
authorized by the governing council or national council as the case may be.
Also to meet third parties if so authorized by State SGF’s governing body.
To communicate the decisions of the various bodies of which he is the
secretary to the concerned people.
Also to oversee that the decisions of the various bodies are being
implemented by the concerned persons.
To effectively co-ordinate with District SGFs.
III. Responsible to - State President, State Council and Governing Body.
IV. Work Relation - The members of National Council, Governing Body,
State/ District/ Guild members, all agencies working with Ind. SGF, BSG
and others within and outside lnd. SGF.
6. Joint Secretary / Establishment & Field Operation
a. Functions - To establish new units and renew old units under guidelines
of State Secretary and assist in field operation.
b. Responsible for - to promote and establish SGF units.
c. Responsible for - to organize all events and meetings by coordination
d. Responsible to - State Secretary
e. Work Relation - The members of State Council
7. Joint Secretary / Administration & Railway SGF
I. Functions - To assist State Secretary in administration in Railway SGF
establishment
II. Responsible for - to assist State Secretary in Administration and
meetings and GA’s.
III. Responsible to - State Secretary
IV. Work Relation - The members of State Council
8. State Treasurer
I. Functions - To function as Financial Advisor and Custodian of Financial
resources of State SGF including Title deeds of Assets.
II. Responsible for - to look after the actual finances of State SGF and to
keep them invested in safe and remunerative securities and banks.
