Application for membership to the Guild SGF may be made on
prescribed form to the concern Guild SGF. Approval of the Guild SGF
Governing Body shall be the pre-requisite for the enrollment as a
member. The membership shall commence from the date when it is
approved by the respective Guild SGF Governing Body.
4. Termination of Membership:
i. On death or resignation.
ii. On being a defaulter In the payment of subscription fee as per
rules & regulations.
iii. On being expelled from the Fellowship by respective Councils of
Guild SGF, where such person was enrolled as a member provided
that a show cause notice has been given by respective council,
mentioning the ground for expulsion. A final appeal lies with the
District SGF Governing Body whose decision shall be final and
abiding and conclusive.
5. Constituents:
All members of Guild SGF residing in respective area.
6. General Assembly:
a. All life members of the Guild SGF
b. All ordinary members of the Guild SGF.
7. Duration and meeting of the Guild SGF Assembly:
a. The Guild SGF Assembly shall continue for three years from the
date of meeting in which the new assembly is constituted or till
reconstituted within a period of six months on expiry of its term.
Provided that under exceptional circumstances, District SGF
Governing Body may pass necessary direction as deemed fit.
b. Meeting of the Guild SGF Assembly shall be presided by the
President or n this absence by the one of the vice-President.
c. The Guild SGF General Assembly shall meet at least once in a year.
d. The Guild SGF Special General Assembly once in every three years
shall elect its President and 2 members of the Governing Body
from amongst the members for Guild SGF General Assembly.
e. Notice of resolutions duly proposed and seconded and subjects for
the consideration of the Guild SGF assembly shall reach the Guild
SGF Secretary not less than fifteen days before the date of the
meeting: such resolutions and subjects shall be communicated to
the members of the Guild SGF assembly one week before the date
of the meeting.
