d) To be one of the signatories to the cheques issued.
e) To maintain accounts of the District SGF.
f) To prepare budget and place it before the District General
Assembly for its approval.
g) To get the accounts audited and place the same before the
District General Assembly.
h) To maintain a record of funds, grants etc. received and issue
receipt or acknowledgments for the same.
i) To observe that expenditure is incurred in an economical manner
j) To explore avenues for augmenting the funds for the District SGF.
District Coordinator
a) To explore the areas to expand the Fellowship and organize the
activities of the Fellowship in the District.
b) To coordinate the activities of the Fellowship at various levels.
c) To prepare annual Calendar of Activities of the Fellowship for Its
approval by the District Governing Body.
d) Generally, to do all such things as may be necessary to realize the
Aim and objectives of the Fellowship and coordinating with other
organizations.
22. Members of District SGF / or Guild SGF to become automatic
members of State SGF
As soon as a State SGF is formed, the members of District IND SGF /
Guild would automatically become members of the State SGF and
hence thereafter would be governed by the Rules of State SGF.
However, they can continue to function as they were functioning
before they become members of State SGF.
23. Interpretation of rules.
If there is any dispute with regard to the Interpretation of any rules,
the matter will be referred to the District General Assembly, if
necessary. In case of any discrepancy or dispute, the matter shall be
referred to State SGF Council whose decision of interpretation shall
be final.
