III) To assist the President in all matters required to be done.
IV) To perform any functions if delegated by the President.
District Secretary
I) To act as the Chief Executive Officer to carry out all the decisions
taken by the various limbs of the Districts SGF.
II) To sue and be sued in the name of the Fellowship when so
authorized by Governing Body as the case may be.
III) To maintain all the records and correspondence relating to the
activities.
IV) To issue notice and agenda of the meetings.
V) Shall be an ex-officio Secretary of all the sub committees constituted
for any specified purpose unless somebody else has been
appointed.
VI) Administrative matters of the District headquarters of the
Fellowship will function under his/her guidance.
VII) All circulars, letters etc. will be issued under his signature and
instructions.
VIII) To maintain liaison with State, District and Guild SGFs and District
Bharat Scouts & Guides.
IX) Shall be responsible for the implementation of the decision of the
District General Assembly/Governing Body.
X) To prepare minutes of the meetings or the District General
Assembly and Governing Body.
XI) To run the District headquarters of the Fellowship and manage its
administrative matters.
XII) To assign / delegate responsibilities to the Joint Secretary/Asst.
Secretary and take their assistance.
District Joint/Asst. Secretary
1) To do all such functions as may be assigned to him/her by the
District Secretary.
2) To assist the District Secretary in the discharge of his/her functions.
3) To act as officiating District Secretary in the absence of the District
Secretary.
District Treasurer
a) To exercise control over the finances of the Fellowship and
manage the funds.
b) To keep the funds invested in a safe and profitable manner.
c) To keep a watch over the expenditure viz a viz budget.
