Wallet Factory case studies – Kulikov (Central Asia)
Solution highlights
After a thorough competitor analysis we had multiple briefings with our
client to fully realize the product demand and technical requirements for
the project. When we got the whole picture, we proceeded with product
planning and determined our capacity and timelines.
The solution was aimed to build a custom loyalty program by utilizing a
custom loyalty program from scratch by utilizing the latest marketing
trends and best practices. The solution covered the development
of new custom modules, each of which was responsible for
enabling some customer-driven activities.
• We have delivered the platform for loyalty programs
management and a bonus processing system integrated with
client's capacities. It allowed confectionary house consumers
to get special bonuses for their purchases.
• The additional module we successfully delivered was Chips.
It allowed consumers to collect virtual chips. Every chip is
attributed with its own unique digital number generated
automatically and stored within the client’s CRM system
in the personal secure account of a given user.
• The E-commerce module was set to enable users
to redeem the bonuses they collect for their online
purchases. Consumers can also use their bank cards
integrated with a mobile application to pay for their orders.
• Order management system for company’s employees assigned to
facilitate customers’ online orders. The module was designed to ensure
watertight customer data security and privacy of personal information.
