Co-op Property Code of Conduct
The Co-op Property Code of Conduct is designed to assist Site Managers to
understand the Co-op’s vision for operating safely whilst carrying out works on our
construction sites.
The document compiles information from different sources including legislation, codes
of practice, operating procedures, industry standards and Co-op specific policies.
It also provides information on behavioral conduct, how Co-op manage the supply
chain and the regional RHSE Managers/Advisors. A copy MUST always be kept on
site as a point of reference.
The entire supply chain is expected to cascade this document to their workforce and
ensure that it is understood and followed in conjunction with their own safety
procedures and risk assessments.
It is expected that this document is used as a first point of reference if any Health,
Safety or Environmental issues arise.
