there, especially since I had paid for the down payment and the
monthly payments, and I knew this would be the last time at the
timeshare. I knew Leroy would also get the timeshare as part of the
divorce, even though he had never been to Virginia Beach until I took
him there. I invited my niece and her kids to spend the week with me.
Larry and Leroy kept pressuring me to go to the settlement before
I went to VA beach, I refused through Courtney. I told Courtney I
would settle when I returned before the end of the month. I went to
VA beach to have a wonderful time with my babies. Chloe and her
brothers were the closest I was to have children, so just being around
her and the kids, away from the madness and waking each morning
for a week with the sun rising over the ocean was God's order. How
peaceful those moments were and for a change, I was able to create
some pleasant memories with the family.
I figured out something was going on while I was at the beach,
because Larry kept calling me throughout the week wanting to Federal
Express the closing documents to Virginia Beach. I kept telling that
fool I would return on Monday to sign the paper. I then stopped
answering his calls.
I returned on Sunday and went to the settlement office on
Monday to sign the settlement papers, of course, crazy Leroy, along
with Larry was there. Leroy still smelled like a bottle of Wild Irish Rose.
There was no need for Leroy to be present, I guess both of them
