                  He  contacted  the  owner  and  informed  him  the  hotel  had

              contacted him and he wanted an accounting of all activities on the
              contract. This began in the spring and by that time we were winding

              down  on  the  contract  which  was  ending  by  the  fall.  I  started
              interviewing  firms  and  interviewed  with  an  Asian  company,  IT

              Solutions, and cut a deal. I had told the owner that I could bring the

              contracts I was managing to IT Solutions and I negotiated a sign-on
              bonus of $5,000. I began to arrange with my client on how we could

              transfer this contract to IT Solutions.

                  I was beginning to feel the pressure from Cox and Associates. I

              was leaking information to the clients and they were catching on. I was
              comfortable with how I had trained Jerome and arranged for him to

              meet with the owner of IT Solutions. She had a conference contract
              where she needed a Project Manager. She expected me to come with

              my contract in the fall and to establish her conference department.
              Jerome left in May before they could terminate him. I knew we were

              all on borrowed time.

                  Jerome's first month at IT Solutions, he was constantly calling for

              support  but  at  the  same  time,  he  was  building  a  new  network  of
              potential  clients.  I  was  still  seeing  the  vision  of  starting  my  own

              company  and  I  knew  I  needed  to  start  building  my  team  and  by

              starting at another company I would continue to make relationships
              with new clients.
